The location

The front desk wasn’t welcoming only the guy who did the check in was relatively good.They make you feel that they are doing you favour if you ask them a question.Many incidents made me regret booking this hotel

Restaurants breakfast and dinner, lobby, as well safety is very good

Room has bad smell, very noisy air condition, cooling is not good

Hotel location is good. Very clean and very good facilities. Staff are friendly and helpful.

It is rather expensive comparing to the facilities and level.

Room was old and especially windows were not enough clean, floor and room was a bit claustrophobic wifi was not good air conditioner was comfortable, not well adjustable. Or i could not.

Hotel is good and staff is friendlyhowever, I recently get claim from Rotana hotels group that booking through booking.com will not count my points, therefore, I am not sure that booking this facility with booking.com in future

Cleanliness of bathroom towels, balcony door doesn't function properly, ac extremely loud and noisy.

Better than expected. Nice and well equipped GYM and nice spa facilities. Lots of eating options in the hotel. The rooms are decent but TV and some carpets need upgrading.

Terrible Security

The security of the hotel has not allowed the taxi to go inside parking, so I had to take out heavy luggages and carry then long way to pass two security points to enter the hotel. Even no help has been offered. Having an Epat security manager is not an added value itself.

Location and security. Outdoor space was great. Food was good.

AC was poor. Service was fair to poor. Lack of inside seating for people to gather and meet.

The staff are the main attraction for me, as facilities and food become a little bit routine for someone who travels as much as I do.Hussein Musseiwi at reception (I believe he even lived in the UK) was amazing, so understanding and accommodating and made my life super easy when I was having trouble with my card, Qutaiba was also front desk and very nice, Ali (the night manager) was there every night to help me with whatever I needed and when something was bothering me would recognise it instantly and change it straight away. When you’re far from your family and in a random country, staff like this make your life so much easier.Big thank you also to Aqel the bellboy, Tammam the bellboy, Peter from housekeeping, Bahaa from laundry and the staff at the cafe. Thank you for making my life so easy!

The staff

Hotel switched my rooms 3 times in 2 days, first the room had a WC issue that was against the wall, you can use it. 2nd the AC didn’t work and the staff for repair came only in the morning. 3rd the WC bidet had a problem and the shower aren’t comfortable, they’re tight and in two of them the rain shower didn’t work

Great location, hotel and service. Room was ok.

Cost was very high. Restaurants had good food but didn’t offer enough knowledge about allergies.
